Treat yourself to a class of total rest and relaxation. Cushions, blankets, and blocks support your body in postures that encourage your muscles and connective tissues to completely let go of tension. This class is suitable for every body. Fascia is a bit of an obsession of mine. They are now looking at it as one of the major systems of the body. Research is really recognizing the importance of fascia, how it restricts our mobility, and how we can help condition it and how yoga can help improve the “gliding” of fascia planes across one another 🤓
