SOLD OUT!! Year-old hens need homes!! Mix of red and black sex-link hens purchased from Kinburn Farm Supply last spring. Laying around 75%, healthy, some a bit scraggly from a long winter indoors. Fed organic layer mash, veggie scraps and free-ranged. Good for hobby layers or soup hens. Must be taken from the farm alive and humanely. 50 total. Take any number you like. Asking $3.50 per hen, must pickup ASAP.
This is fantastic! Good job Richmond! Farmland is a public asset, not a cheap spot for people to build these grotesque monuments to themselves.
