OCL has 14 branches across Oxford County, each location has unique programs fit for the whole family. The Oxford County Library headquarters is the administrative centre of the Oxford County Library. It is located in the Oxford County Administration Building at 21 Reeve St., Woodstock.

This March Break we have fun programs planned all over the County! The #Ingersoll Library is really excited about the Youth Filmmaking Event on Wednesday, March 14 from 2-4 PM. Learn about the ODAC's Youth Film Festival, learn tips and tricks from a professional filmmaker, and try out our green screen! This is a free program, and no registration is required. You're invited to a murder mystery party at the #Tillsonburg Public Library! Part classic board game, part scavenger hunt, part murder mystery - join forces and solve the murder in the library. Open to teens 11-18, this is a free event. Each participant will become a character in the game. Costumes are welcome, but not necessary. Registration is required and space is limited.
