Joost I think is our favourite family product, it can be added to the drinking gel to turn it into black current flavour (despite it being blueberry?!) which is great during the Vital5 program and taking 120mls of gel each morning. It can also be added to water and is far better than the sugary drinks on offer out and about. I make sure I have one in my handbag, get the girls water and then add a dash of flavour that also contains vitamins and minerals. You can even add them to icecream, porridge etc!
