EDMS are covering 3 major events this evening in Ipswich and Essex with 3 Bronze Commanders deployed overseeing a team of nearly 30 staff. The operational team leaders have all undergone specific training in incident and event medical management in accordance with JESIP principles and our own EMACS course. In addition all are now communicating via our new partitioned 4G radio system via CAD software at our office. This capability gives EDMS an extremely robust event management structure. The Silver (tactical) commander and Gold (strategic) command roles have also been deployed. Have a fantastic night to everyone at firework displays, keep warm and keep safe !
