Depending on the size of the company we use a variety of On line Sage Accounting Packages to provide our clients with critical information to monitor their company's performance. Our Clients are able to log on line to view accurate and up to date information. Every month our clients are presented with a Management Accounts File which includes the following
Profit & Loss Accounts• Reconciled Balance Sheets. Cash Flow Analysis• Sales Analysis
•Variance Reporting• Cost Analysis• Debtor and Creditor Analysis. We meet each client on a regular basis to discuss Company performance.
Filing Company Accounts for Audit Exempt Companies
Many SME’s pay unnecessary high Accountancy fees for unaudited accounts
We prepare and file Financial Year End Accounts and manage all Secretarial requirements.
We prepare our clients Annual Return through Core.ie and make sure Audit Exemption is maintained. As we are trained as Chartered Management Accountants we offer our clients a unique service that involves preparing Monthly or Quarterly Management Accounts. The Annual returns combined with Monthly Management Accounts are quoted for in one annual fee, and paid over 12 monthly instalments.
Payroll Services
IMC Accountants provide our clients with a flexible, professional and complete payroll service.
We use Sage One Online Payroll Packages. All compliance requirements taken care of.
Whether it's weekly or monthly, our payroll services include the following.
•Paper or Electronic (Email) Payslips. • Filing of monthly P30's •Filing of Annual P35's
