A few Rep PRs from this week so far 🕺🏻 • - • First clip is from deadlifts with a 1” deficit today, got 130kg/286lbs for 5 with another 2 left in the tank 🙏🏻 • - • Second clip is 117.5kg/259lbs for 4 reps with about 1 left in the tank 👍🏻 • - • Last clip is 90kg/198lbs for 4 reps as well with around 1 left in the tank too. • Real happy with all of these sets.
