• Proofreading and Editing Documents
• Diary Management – booking appointments, sending reminders and agendas
• Taking Minutes at Meetings

• Postal Campaigns – includes preparation of letters, printing and posting
• E-mail Management
• Powerpoint Presentations
• Preparation of Reports, Spreadsheets and charts etc
The Training and Consultancy side of the business includes the following:
• Preparation of Business Plans and Financial Information for SMEs
• Training courses on Small Business Accounts and Office Management
• Advising on Office Management procedures within SMEs and how to improve them
• Mentoring services to Start-ups and Small Businesses
