Inspection & Practice Management System for Architects and Engineers We have a simple aim for Arctechpro. It is to make it the only software (other than CAD) that a small or medium sized architects or engineering practice needs to run its operation.

The system can be used for sharing drawings with the design team, logging time to keep an eye on the profitability of projects, creating & emailing inspection reports while on-site (using the app), document management, invoicing, custom report templates, reporting and many more features.

For those operating in the Republic of Ireland, the system is especially well developed to deal effectively with the BCaR SI(9) regulations and requirements.

a simple,
comprehensive,
inexpensive,
back-office system
for architects and engineers

Few tips how to use our ArctechPro Mobile App : for Assigned Certifiers and Contractors. The Arctechpro mobile application works on phones and tablets and will work without network coverage. For Assigned Certifiers: it allows users in the field to document their inspection with images and comments, whilst carrying out the inspections, and then to upload them directly to their relevant Arctechpro project. The images are stamped with date and geolocation information and their position and orientation can be pinned on drawings of the build. The app is available for both Android and iOS and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store respectively. For Contractors: It allows contractors and their staff to document the build. The 'build log' can be shared with the assigned certifier to give them comfort that the build is being carried out to the required standard. It also helps the contractor to fulfill their obligations under the regulations to keep records. Development of the app is on-going and we intend to add the following features to the app for contractors: - Location based clock-in / clock-out system for staff on sites - Taking an image of delivery dockets on site, and site based staff to enter supplier/date information - Accident / Safety Log - Materials Required Order List Features The app is available for both Android and iOS and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and Apple Store respectively. JR installs larger than life sized athletes in rio de janeiro

wow that's amazing... ....Rio de Janeiro olympisc street art installation... JR installs larger than life sized athletes across rio de janeiro's urban landscape in celebration of the upcoming olympic games in rio de janeiro, artist JR has created two new public artworks in the city. the pair of installations build upon the french artist’s ongoing ‘inside out‘ project, but adopt a completely novel material in their realization: construction scaffolding. JR depicts two larger than life athletic figures on metal poles, placed in dramatic locations across the urban landscape of rio. The first sculpture is installed on the roof of a large residental complex, comprising a massive arrangement of scaffolding canvassed by the massive image of a high jumping athlete. JR explains on his instagram that the monochromatic figure represents mohamed younes idriss — a 27 year old from sudan who lives and trains in cologne, germany. ‘he missed out on qualification for the 2016 rio olympics but he is there some how,’ JR describes. while the paper cut-out of the figure’s body and legs are positioned on the metal poles, his face reaches onto the building and overlaps across the upper three floors of the site. The second installation, located near the barra neighborhood, depicts a diver leaping into an adjacent area of the ocean. also attached to large-scale metal beams, the artwork illustrates an athlete with arms stretched open hovering over nearby rocks and making its way into the water below. http://www.designboom.com/art/jr-artist-rio-de-janeiro-brazil-street-art-installation-olympics-08-03-2016/
