Many sweets are handmade in dedicated factories in Northern England, using recipes passed down for generations in well used copper boiling pans.
Some sweets retain old familiar tastes re-launched in modern packaging, others are superbly updated versions introducing new textures to traditional flavours.
Every sweet is flown jet fresh weekly from the UK, a hand selected collection of timeless treats.
