Fort McMurray Explosion
Shortly after re entry was gained into neighborhood and power and gas was turned back on an explosion occurred causing extensive damage to numerous homes. Lucky no one was injured.

Today I stopped by Fort City Church in Fort McMurray to see my old youth pastor from Unionville Alliance. Doug Doyle was not there but I had the opportunity to meet Ben Tan who is a Chaplain with Samaritans Purse. What a great Gentleman, we hit it off right away. He is a retired Missionary with OMF. Samaritans Purse is such a great organization. I saw them in action in Calgary and High River and know they will be busy here as well.
