The Oil Heritage District Community Centre is located at 360 Tank Street and is operated by the Town of Petrolia Community Services Department. The building which has been in operation since late 2006, is a gem to a community the size of Petrolia.

Situated in a majestic mountain setting at the east end of the lush Fraser Valley, Hope offers all the amenities of a large centre, while at the same time preserving the life style of a small community.

The Millbrook Family Centre is a registered charity supporting children and their families and caregivers in the Millbrook area.

The Club was chartered in 1976. Sponsored by the Keoma Lions Club. The Club meets every 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month. It has on the average 30 to 35 members, ranging from 20 to 80 years old. It is a rural club and supports all aspects of the community
