When designing the equipment for the kit out of the gym, we wanted it to have a unique look and feel. We also made it clear to cover all compound muscle groups with plate loaded machines. We have four different plate loaded machines covering back chest legs and shoulders Each machine feels incredible and moves smoothly to give a nice feel and contraction. Hey everyone, the gym will be closing at 8pm tonight. We are sorry for the inconvenience for anyone looking to train around this time. The reason is that we will be doing a Group S&C Session with Rylands FC’s First Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for us as it will allow us to spread the word of Ascendancy Fitness and the positivity to another level! Due to the amount of numbers that we will have in at once, we are going to close at 8pm. We hope that you understand, and it will only be one or possibly two Tuesdays per month that this will happen! Thanks for your co-operation, the gym will be open as normal from tomorrow!
Great to have Lauren in today along with all the other members in killing it! There’s no such thing as a rest day on Sunday! Lauren will be competing later on in the year so it’s awesome having her in getting a session here whilst she’s home! See you soon!💪
