An exclusive women ONLY fitness centre based in Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1LE, (first floor) featuring a 30 minute total body workout.
You can workout here at any age and any fitness level!! 10yrs - 90! We are a fitness centre for women only, offering a complete body workout in just 30 minutes. Our fitness centre will give you an total different take on exercise. All our machines are specifically designed for women and target the major muscle groups we require for toning and staying fit.
Its a circuit based workout that offers a combination of strength and cardio training giving the best possible results.
You get to workout out in the company of other women and enjoy a friendly relaxed atmosphere with encouragement and celebration for your desired results.
