There has been some amazing connections during readings the last few weeks, and with this in mind let me say that when someone we love pass over, our lives feel empty and sometimes without purpose. Our loved ones still love us and want us to be happy. There is no jealousy, anger or bitterness on the other side. There is only love and joy. Do not feel guilt when you smile, or if you're lucky enough to have someone else come into your life who gives you love...those in spirit are happy for you, and are at peace. Those who have passed still love and care for us, and sometimes they are the ones that steer that new love into our lives. When my eldest and much loved brother John passed away, within a few months I met a man who became like a brother to me. I already had two brothers living in a different country but Nicholas David Benton became almost like a surrogate brother. He has been a rock, a clown, a confidant and went on to become a God parent to my youngest son. My brother John would not have felt jealous or upset, and I truly believe that John actually sent Nick to me in my dark hours of grief and bereavement. It has been a relationship that 20 years on is still as strong, and he is loved by my husband and children just as if he is my true and biological brother xxx

If you change nothing,nothing changes! We are all masters of our own destiny. There may be times when you feel like the same 'crap' comes and smacks you time after time after time, but YOU have the power to change that. Karma is not to just be thrown at other people, spirit have a way of making us deal with our own Karma. When we repeat the same mistakes, the same cycle, then Karma sorts us out. It makes us face up to our own inadequacies, flaws and faults. I have learnt over the last few years that I can only trust 5 people in my life, trust them fully and completely. Two years ago, I would have said that I had lots and lots. Karma taught me that not everyone who is nice to my face, who appears to agree with observations I had made, can be trusted. Am I sad? Absolutely not, those 5 people mean the absolute world and I feel like I am rich because of it. When you keep the cycle of bad relationships, whether they are family, love or friendship, you are the one at fault. Your gut always tells you, but you keep on with it. Imagine you are a shoe size 5, and you really really like a pair of shoes but the shop only have one pair left and they are a size 3. You decide that you are going to take them and make them work! You may at some point be able to squeeze your feet into them, but they would not be comfortable, they will never ever be comfortable. They will give you blisters and bunions and be downright painful. Your feet will scream out to you to 'Release ME'!!!! So many people are trying to squeeze themselves into friendships and relationships that are the wrong size for them. Let go and realise that you have the power to walk away at any point, you know that it might be scary but it is so liberating. The freedom in realising that you have ended something because you are strong enough to understand that it is the wrong fit is the best feeling in the world :O)

Love the work I do which is so different from client to client-no two people are the same so no two readings are the same. Sometimes I get to meet someone who is on their own spiritual development path, some at the very very beginning...and I love to be able to get excited with them as they take their first steps towards developing :)
