King's Church, Portsmouth
Description
Meets Sunday - 10:30am at St Peter's on Somers Road. The pedestrian entrance is on Playfair Road. The King's Church is a modern, lively, active church committed to loving God and loving people. We are very involved with our local community, serving in response to people's needs. We don't believe church should be about following superstars, but rather that everyone who is a part of the church has a role to play. We do this is by getting involved in projects and ministries that we run as a church and by trying to bring the love of Jesus into our families, work/ study places and city. We meet together in a large gathering on Sundays and smaller groups in homes throughout the week.

Sorry for the late notice - Tiny Treasures is on TODAY!
Citywide prayer and praise
At the end of June a team of Korean missionaries are coming over to the UK with the specific mission to pray for the church over here. They are an incredible team who've been before and feel so thankful for the missionaries that have gone from Europe over to Korea over the years and want to bless the UK by coming and praying. They will be at King's on Friday 30th June between 12 and 2pm praying for our church and then the entire city is going to join together for prayer and praise at St. Simon's church at 7pm. We would love it if as many as were able could come and join us on Friday evening to join together in unity to pray and worship together.
