I am a Personal Trainer that can help with weight loss, fitness & strength training goals. I have a Level 3 Diploma in GP Exercise Referral, allowing me to deliver exercise to manage different health conditions to improve quality of life. I have first hand experience of the benefits personal training brings and the results you can achieve. I have had my own success with weight loss (shedding 3 stone to date!) My journey was tough and still is. I've had my fair share of ups and downs, lost motivation sometimes but with hard work and determination the changes happened. I am now a Personal Trainer and want to help others achieve their goals by passing on my knowledge. My specialism is in female strength training and I believe all women can get on the gym floor and start lifting! I am also a Spinning Instructor and Les Mills Body Combat Instructor.
