Looking for a position in Hospitality? We are looking for some AMAZING Customer Focussed People Best Western Atlantic Hotel Sapori Restaurant at the Best Western Atlantic Hotel Chelmsford, Essex FULL TIME RECEPTIONIST. 5 days per week, on a rota basis (incl weekends) Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm. Duties will include meeting and greeting customers, distributing enquiries; calls and messages to colleagues, obtaining customer details to enter onto the database and ensuring that the reception area is kept clean and professional at all times. Your key accountability in this role will be to deliver a high level of customer service, assist in the delivery of the business strategy and objectives, and to contribute positively to the team you work within. The successful Receptionist candidate must be able to demonstrate that they can multi task effectively, be enthusiastic and positive in their nature and have an excellent telephone manner. The successful candidate will also ideally have previous experience of working in a receptionist role ideally within a hotel environment.
