Not sure if it can be heard, but Scott who is in the water is complaining the his life jacket is riding up. This shows perfectly that a life jacket needs to be fitted correctly. A life jacket is not ready to use straight from the packaging. It takes only 5 minutes to adjust correctly and learn how it fits. Buying the gear is only part of it, learning how to use it is vital!
