Description
The Club was reformed in 1997.
Inverness City BC has produced numerous champions over the years and has a good reputation for producing quality boxers.
Inverness City ABC is not just for those who want to box competitively but also for those who want to train, get in shape, gain confidence or just have fun trying something new. We cater for all ages and abilities, both male and female.
All the training takes place under head coach Laurence Redfern, an ex amateur and proffessional Boxer himself and Scottish International Coach with over 50 years in Boxing. Laurie has been producing champions for over 30 years.

I hope everyone read the daily star today apparently it was a must read! , anyway let's get back to boxing! Tonight we said bye for now to Ali, who is off to Africa for a year, Damien came in to give him a farewell spar, a tough battle from start to finish. They've had a few of these and untill Ali's return wel call it a draw for now, the club wishes Ali all the best and we look forward to seeing you when you get back, Damien will be in the ring waiting for you.
Big welcome back Bruno, it felt like a proper Gym, tonight I don't think I've ever been in a proper gym they don't have them in L-pool,I think I'll put this photo in the Daily Star tomorrow, it's a proper Family Gym,
