Glasgow based personal trainer with Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training Certificate. Personal Trainer based in Glasgow, currently working from 3 locations in and around the city, offering personal training services to help clients meet and exceed their fitness and strength goals.
I work closely with clients to tailor training sessions to their needs and abilities to ensure they achieve their goals/targets.
My services include:
• 1 hour Individual Sessions
• 40 minute Group Sessions
• Morning, Afternoon & Evening sessions available (Mon – Sat)
• Weight Loss
• Strength Training
• PMF Stretching for Flexibility
• Work towards goals for specific events (Weddings, Holidays etc)
