Massive well done to my client @JScav. This guy has just smashed his training 100%. He has put in so much work and disciplined his self so much that he has managed to lose a huge 5st 2lbs (73 lbs) huge result. He made his goal 1 year to lose as much as possible and to then go on to learn himself. He has lots of my skills and knowledge know to do it himself and I belive he can. Well done bro 💪

Huge well done to my client Mark Gregory, Mark has only been with me for a short while but over that time he has managed to drop a massive 1 stone and 9 lbs in just 15 sessions. More results today, my client Scott Mc came to me to work on his size, I started him on a lean bulk diet and zero cardio training for the last 8 weeks and we have put on a nice 14lbs so far.
