EJX2’s top 3 tips at this stage for anybody racing tomorrow! 1: 🚴🏻 check and double check your equipment, mainly your bike, wheels, tyres etc. as these are the kind of things that if not in smooth working order can bring an end to your race early and frustratingly. Having everything prepared Tonight will mean you can focus on the race in the morning and not panic about last minute packing. Also clean your bike when checking it.... a clean bike is a fast bike 😉 2: 🍕🍝🥛fuel and hydrate well but don’t leave eating too late and stick to foods you are used to. Carbohydrate and protein intake will be most beneficial at this stage. 3: 😴😴 rest up!! Get the feet up this evening if possible and relax once all your kit is ready. This way you can unwind before bed, let your body and mind relax and aim to get a good nights sleep. Have fun and race hard! 🏃🚴🏻🏃✌🏻
So triathletes CAN bike? I would estimate Ben kanute is around and approx of 65kg. And this is after a swim and before a run ;)
