In the past, as soon as I wasn’t perfect on my “diet” or I missed a workout or two I would quit. The sad part was I was only quitting on myself. 🤷🏼♀️ Over the past couple of years, I have learned that this is a lifestyle, not a “diet”, not a quick fix, there are going to be good days and bad days, there are going to be days that my diet is clean and then there are going to be days that I eat absolute rubbish 🙈 BUT that’s balance, that’s life! When I realised you need both; good nutrition & exercise, I started winning more. You need both. If I keep making an effort and making my workouts a habit I will transform my body and my mind! I will reach my goals.💪🏼 Change doesn’t happen instantly, it takes time and effort. Change doesn’t happen on its own, you’ve got to put the work in. It can be hard but it’s so rewarding and worth it. What doesn’t challenge you won’t change you and nothing worth having comes easy. Low impact is better than no impact, slow progress is better than no progress! You don’t have to do it all now, the key is in your consistency, in the little changes, introduce the good habits and banish the bad ones, it takes time but persevere! 🔑 If you need help, ask us!
