Definitely need to be more mindful of this...
Wivenhoe Trail Run, Walk/Run
Don't forget that it's the Wivenhoe trail run this coming Saturday. Come and give it a go, you don't have to be able to run it all, just do what you can even if it means walking the whole thing ( several do this). Would be nice to see lots of Mums and kids there as it's Mothers day weekend. Cheers- Chris

When you look at the number of benefits of exercise on mental wellbeing, it's unsurprising the number of people who say to me that their mental health is one of the main reasons for exercising. Even as little as 5 minutes of movement can give you a positive lift, so if your struggling just get out their and try to do something/anything. The hardest thing is always just getting started. Chris :)
