Here it is, Jubilant January! Are you ready? Are you feeling positive? This is our opportunity to start over on a journey to reach our target. The first step is to set a goal, a real goal, not just a 'that will do goal'. If we set our goal where we really want to get to, then we can start to plan how we will get there. This is the point we commit to taking ourselves where we want to be. In coming back to group, or joining for the first time, see it as buying a ticket to the destination of your choice - and don't get off until you get there! There may be delays and dark tunnels along the way but if we stay on board we'll see the light, the sun, the flowers and our amazing fellow passengers along the way! Let's go! X
