Tonight myself and Dave will be doing a demo in krav Maga and fight scene scenario's in aid of the cancer fund for children. Come along and raise some money for a great cause with lots of entertainment including singers, fitness demos waxing all in aid of charity. Lots of raffles and prizes to be won.

Don't forget folks that the next 3 day impact survival course is coming up in April with the chief. If you want to attend then drop me a PM. This course is great if you can't commit time to weekly classes or want to improve on your skills. **Dates confirmed for the Impact Survival 3 Day course (IS3)** Friday 6th till to Sunday 8th April starts prompt 08:45am till 5:30pm each day. Venue: Bushido/Vault Dojo, Lisburn Spaces are limited to give you a more intense experience, many slots already gone, so PM if you want to attend ASAP. Suitable for total novices or to take your Krav skills to another level – whole syllabus taught plus much much more. Lifts can be arranged for those who don’t drive.
