Only 5 days until our new early morning slimming world group starts 7.30 am every Friday Banbridge hockey club Havelock park

New month! We get them every 30 days or so. New season, at least 4 times a Year! New celebration? Depends which season we are in! Christmas, Easter, Holidays, to name but a few. We can focus on each of these and make them our goals for our weight loss, but before you do I just want to point something out. No matter what season, no matter what month and no matter what celebration, each day when you wake up you wake up as YOU, a fabulous person who has so much to give and so much to look forward to. If your weight is the thing that makes you sad when you wake up, then please don’t wait for a season, a celebration or an event, do it now, do it for you. Make now the right time, you’re worth it . There are special moments in our Slimming World groups and that is when a returning member walks back through our door it's a brave step sometimes, but such a good one. FATTY! That was what some boys shouted out at me as they drove past! That has stuck with me, at the time I was angry at them ' I'm not that big' 'I'm pregnant ' but I was only a few months! So after I had Sophia-maè 14 days later I joined slimming world and within a year and half I lost 8st! And i did it with the support of group members and Pat Murphy they all kept me going and are now life long friends! I ❤ slimming world and have learned to ❤ myself! X
