En el marco de la colaboración entre el IHEID y la Federación Ginebrina de Cooperación (FGC), Liliana Soler, responsable y docente del Master en políticas y prácticas del desarrollo del IHEID efectuó una misión de seguimiento a siete de los proyectos que financia la FGC en Colombia.
