For the Nissan VR38DETT engine found in the Nissan GTR we have made a billet girdle out of 7075 aluminum. Our girdle features 42CrMo4 bushings for the bolts so you will not damage the girdle when bolts are torqued. The 4.1 stroker kit will spin freely in this girdle. We have added a lot of material compared to the original design, which is also of weaker material (stock girdle is cast aluminum). Please get in contact with us for very competative pricing. This week we are working hard to finish the #astonmartin turbo engine for Aston Martin News' twin turbo project. Heads have been securely mounted using our custom M11 ARP fastener kit developed for this engine. The heads have 6mm valve stem diameter Supertech valves installed, with their custom springs to allow for higher boost (and revs!). The stock 5mm valve stems are a little bit small to run higher seat pressure. All parts we developed during this research and design challenge are available for sale. For instance we have an #ATI harmonic damper available with optional supercharger pulley. We have custom sleeves, rods, pistons, ARP bolt kits, custom adjusted headgaskets, twin plate clutches. Our customer JRParts.es attended a Spanish drag event with his street car. We were involved by tuning the AEM Performance Electronics Infinity and also by designing and fabricating the custom fuel cell for the #E85. Car makes over 800hp and almost 900Nm. Ran 11.7s

Aston Martin AJV8 twin turbo engine. Main bearings +1mm wider over stock (instead of other builders going -1mm in width) ARP M10 main studs, inners and outers, full thread in block (others use only 40mm thread). LA Sleeves, look at those thick walls! Cross drilled main journals of the crank. With stock design crank the bearings will be presurized 180 degrees of crank rotation. Our design you will have 360 degrees of oil pressure. We didn't cross bore the bigends (do some internet searching about cross boring cranks and you understand what we did). Dowel pins at every main journal, instead of front and rear only (factory) woodruff key for everything mounted to the crank nose. Often the crankbolt comes loose on these engines, resulting in catastrophic engine failure. This will prevent that. Tomorrow the pistons and rods will go in the block and the block can be closed! #astonmartin #cp #cpcarrillo #arp

Suprasport keeps developing parts for the Toyota V160 and Nissan GTR BNR34 6 speed transmissions! We have just finished the 3-4 shifter sleeves. These sleeves are discontinued both from Toyota (33370-0W010) as well as from Nissan (32605-AA400). If you need a new shifter sleeve, please contact us through PM or email. We have the sleeves in stock. These are made out of Toolox 44 (tool-steel). The cost per unit is 500 USD plus shipping. You have to reuse your center hub assembly and the balls and springs. If your transmission is equiped with the earlier model '7 pin' synchros, you need to find a used hub from someone else. The sleeve we made fits the later model '6 pins' synchros types only.

Our billet #2jz head is a two plate (split head) design as you can see in the next picture made by Mr. David Tanner at the Las Vegas #Supra meeting. The lower piece of the head has the combustion chamber with the thread for the sparkplug and the lower half of the runners. The upper piece has the valve guides, the upper half of the runners and the springs. This design allows to have the cooling channels in the head. If you were to make a 1 piece head then you cannot make cooling channels unless you cast the head. Obviously a billet head design is a lot stronger than a cast design.
