Well done to all my bootcamp ladies 92lbs in 5 weeks between 10 of you.Last week to go jaws wired shut for the weekend lol.
Happy bank holiday weekend..Few tips for being down on the scale next week.Work out tomorrow we are open from 10-12.30. Get a walk in Sunday and Monday.Fancy a drink then skip the carbs in your meals.Drink plenty of water.Most importantly dont miss bootcamp on Tuesday.Have fun "laughter burns calories"
Yeepee 3 weeks in and 72lbs down well done ladies half way there and an avarage of 7lbs each lost im a very proud coach well worth the sore knees and muscles.
