Hi guys, as you all know I'm allergic to work, so on July 1st I'm off to hang out with the monks in Plum Village to teach mindfulness to kids/teens, walk, sit, meditate and generally breathe a lot. Return date tbd, but probably around start of September! Peace and love to all, Dermot
Congratulations to all involved in the Exiles v Monaghan RFC yesterday. Glad to help out for such a worthy cause as Monaghan palliative care services. I believe over €1000 was raised on the day.
