I am a qualified Speech and Drama Teacher with the Leinster School of Music and Drama teaching Speech and Drama Classses in Carrickamcross and Monaghan Town. Boys and Girls from age 5 upwards all welcome.

Well after being snowed off last week we had our Newbliss Showcase last night. Thank you to my students for all your hard work, I am so proud of you all. 💕
Thankfully all the snow is almost gone in Monaghan and we can have our Speech and Drama Classes as normal today.
No class this evening in Newbliss ❄️❄️❄️. We will have our showcase next week instead. Looking forward to hearing all the dramatic snow stories. Stay safe everyone.
....... And we also entertained our parents in Monaghan yesterday evening, showcasing some of the fabulous work that I get to experience on a weekly basis. Well done to all my fabulous students on there super performances. 🎭🎭
Carrickmacross Showcase Part 2. More smiley happy faces
Some photos of our Showcase which we held on Monday evening in Carrick. We had poems, duets, drama, monologues and a speech. Well done to all of my students - super job ..... you were all fabulous and did me, yourself and your parents proud.
A busy, but exciting, little week ahead with our Showcases in Carrickmacross, Monaghan and Newbliss taking place. Most children love to perform on stage. Stage performance is a super way to encourage and build confidence, and with this in mind we have an annual showcase in which students get to perform for a select audience. With the ongoing changes in the English Curriculum in our schools, I truly believe it is never too early to give our children the confidence and wherewithal to perform in front of, and along with, their peers and this is where Speech and Drama Classes come in.
