Large portfolio of residential and commercial property in Counties Kildare, Meath & Dublin. E.A. Coonan & Son was founded in 1885 by Edward A. Coonan at Rathcoffey. The business was transferred to Maynooth in 1938 and a 2nd branch was opened in Celbridge in 1999. The founder’s grandson and great grandson are presently Directors of the firm.
We have been a longstanding member of the Irish Auctioneers and Valuers Institute – now the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland. Also a founder member of Real Estate Alliance in 2003 and a member of F.I.A.B.C.I. (The International Real Estate Federation).
