In autumn 2015, Bernie combined her love of food, her Splate range and her background in Food Science to introduce Cheese Parlour, an artisan DIY cheese making kit. Her easy to follow step by step instructions makes delicious soft cheese in the comfort of your kitchen in less than 60 mins!
Cheese Parlour consists of 2 types of soft cheese making kita, a Goat’s cheese and a Mozzarella/Ricotta cheese. Each kit contains all the elements you need to make cheese in your kitchen except the milk and of course a beautiful piece of natural Splate to serve the finished product.
