facebook.comGLUTEN FREE BANANA BREAD 🍌🍞 Amazing tasty Bread, bursting with flavour and yumminess, as a healthy dessert🍩 1/ 300g of Tritamyl Self Raising Flour 2/ A good pinch of Bread Soda 3/40g of Greek Yoghurt ( instead of butter) 4/ 150g of Coconut sugar ( instead of sugar) 5/ 2 eggs beaten👊(within an inch of their lives😂) 6/4 well ripened and blackened bananas (these are healthier and tastier than unripened) 7/ 80g of chopped Walnut( optional) Method: A)Preheat oven to 180oC.Grease and base line a 2lb loaf tin. B) Add coconut sugar and Greek yoghurt together and mix well.Add in eggs and bananas and mix well. C) Sieve flour and bread soda together. Add to wet mixture 1/3 at a time, don't over mix just stir together enough to bind. Gently mix in Walnuts if using. D)Pour into loaf tin, bake in pre heated oven for 45 to 50 mins until firm. Leave in tin for 5 mins, then take out and cool on a wire tray. When you let yourself get too hungry,🍴 mainly due to poor planning or not being disciplined enough to stop and eat at specific times, you will make terrible food choices. These choices generally will be a fast food or sugary junk foods.🍬🍫 This scenario is in my opinion the biggest reason for fat gain that there is. Avoid hunger at all costs as a person generally feels cheated and like they are missing out if they are constantly hungry while trying to get in shape. Learn to be able to put flavours in to your food, cook with herbs and spices. Don't be afraid to mess up at the start, you will only improve by making mistakes. *Eat on average every 3 hours *Drink enough water to stay hydrated but not bloat.*(1 litre roughly per 20kg of body weight) *Keep your meals protein high🍳🍗 *Enjoy your food *Avoid sugar and salt laden foods as they trigger the brain and taste buds into wanting more of them.🍦 *3 portion of leafy greens daily give you a mineral intake that contain magnesium, iron and zinc( these all balance the hormones so you don't crave junk)🥗 *Follow or work with someone who knows what they're talking about ( me😂) as they will have seen every scenario and can prevent situations before they even happen saving you time and money. When it comes to getting leaner and more toned, the goal is to drop body fat while either maintaining or building muscle. What you put into your body will determine if you are successful or not. Keep it simple, eat Protein foods you enjoy lower carbs down to a level where your energy levels remain high but you are not feeling hungry all the time. STAY Hydrated throughout the day but remember excess water consumption can store on the body as water weight. ☕The coffee reference in the pic above in case you don't understand it is that Black coffee on its own contains no calories, therefore it's good for fat burning (caffeine) and can't store as fat. Another example would be water. Whereas almost every other drink has calories ( diet drinks have chemicals to replace the sugar, this is worse than having a high sugar drink so avoid diet drinks.) For breakfast this morning🍲🥚 I had Organic Buckwheat porridge with honey and cinnamon (fat burning spice) for carbs. Slowly releases energy as your body needs it during the day and high in protein. Eggs and spinach for protein iron and vitamins and coffee☕ Remember to eat whole superfoods and drink plenty of water throughout the day. This keeps you hydrated, helps blood sugar levels and keeps your muscles full.
