A review left by a happy customer My Interior Designer recommended Gibbs Carpentry Services to us . She had previously worked with GCS on a number of projects and had found their work excellent, their follow up service attentive and their attitude to service and customer care excellent. The price was fair and clear from the start, and the project was completed in a timely manner . We really enjoyed our project with GCS. We were installing floor to ceiling wall mirrors in alcoves on both sides of a fireplace and also needed floor to ceiling shelving in a period house with high ceilings. It was was important to get the proportions right and Alex’s input was invaluable in that regard. The mirror project was complex and skilled but it was dealt with very effectively and looks amazing! The shelves have a modern twist and complement the period aspects of the room. Perhaps one of the most important things , which you can’t measure is the trust and respect we felt for Alex and his team. Suffice to say we were happy to have come and work while we were away, which suited us all. And came back to a super new room! We would definitely ask Alex and his team to work for us again.
