Modern Irish food in a relaxed informal setting. Open for dinner incl early bird thur, fri & sat, lunch Fri, Sat & Sun, breakfast Sat & Sun theatre lane is a neighbourhood restaurant located on Theatre Lane in the enchanting coastal town of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The restaurant serves lunch Wednesday to Friday, dinner Fri & Sat and award winning brunch at weekends. The star of the daytime menu is delicious, succulent Irish free range chicken roasted in our rotisserie, hard to resist when served with rotisserie potatoes cooked in the dripping juices and fat of the chickens or possibly a classic Caesar salad – the choice is yours. There is a tempting selection of other dishes including tasty grilled sandwiches and an ever changing array of fresh vibrant healthy salads, all prepared in house every day by our Head Chef Stephen Blaides and his team.
For dinner the lights are dimmed and the candles lit in our gorgeous dining room where guests can enjoy great food and wine in a wonderful atmosphere. Dinner is served as a 2 or 3 course menu and changes with the seasons.
theatre lane has an extensive ‘food to go’ menu from which you can grab a coffee, soup, salad or sandwich on the run or why not order one of our delicious rotisserie roasted chickens with some salads or our rotisserie roasted potatoes for the perfect picnic lunch or lazy evening supper, to avoid disappointment its best to call ahead to order your chicken to go.
The emphasis at theatre lane is on serving freshly prepared tasty food in relaxed informal surroundings so if it’s a lingering lunch, beautiful brunch or an evening of fab food and wine make sure to pop in soon, we are located in the centre of Greystones just 25 meters from the town’s main car parks.
