This my friend is one serious transformation hats off 👏 starting at 61kg -79kg 💪💪understanding the basics and how to apply certain principles to help in ur favour is one of the most useful tools when it comes to training..ppl always jump to what’s the “best” excercise or what’s the best “supplement” for fat loss / gaining etc and are missing the most important and very basic stuff.. This is why having a coach becomes important so u don’t make the mistakes we all made starting out.. well anyhow great work leon let’s turn up the heat for ur final weeks of gaining 💪💪 @leon_bowe @ Mick Byrnefitness

The name of the game is to tweek a diet not change it completely small changes can make a big difference..I always push towards cutting down rather then eliminating completely.if u are not losing weight it’s not because of carbs / fats or the time ur eating meals .it’s simply because I have not created a calorie deficit through training and diet AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE (As Stone Cold would say) 😉 good night and god bless
