The Irish Cancer Society recommends following the Sun Smart code when the UV index reaches 3 or more, today we got as high a rating as 8 and tomorrow is set to be nearly as high. It's great to see the sun out and enjoy it but there is so many people still getting sunburnt. Remember SLIP on a tshirt SLOP on sunscreen every 2hours SLAP on a hat.
