Tipped in the back at Traffic Lights? Don’t call the authorities or services unless the accident has left glass or engine fluids on the road. These issues can be easily dealt with between the parties, and only after the event should you report the accident, along with the evidential pictures you have taken, to your local station as a means of a fall back should any more come of the situation.
