Baby Massage Classes are baby-led, run in a relaxed environment, and are pleasurable and fun for both parent and baby. Research has shown that touch is one of the most nurturing and significant experiences baby can have, and has been shown to have long-term benefits. These can include:

BABY YOGA CLASSES

Baby Yoga Classes are a wonderful way of aiding infant development in a fun and loving way. As well as working through a series of movements and stretches for baby, and some for mum, we relax, sing songs, and communicate with our babies through positive touch.

- Helps strengthen bodies
