We are passionate about food & creative in our ability to develop new culinary concepts while putting our own twist on classic dishes Red Chef Cooking was created by Stephen Grimes. Following graduation from Cathal Brugha St. Catering College 15 years ago, Stephen went on to build a successful career as a full time chef. With a career spanning Australia, mainland Europe and Ireland, Stephen has worked in some fantastic locations, learning and developing his unique cookery skills along the way.
