The girls at InstaGlam have challenged ourselves to take part in the women's mini marathon in aid of Dyslexia Ireland Castlebar branch. This is a cause I am involved in. My oldest son attends the classes in Castlebar, the money raised goes towards equipment for the classes such as laptops, books, research etc. Any donations are greatly appreciated x

A lot of people this time of year find their skin very dry so the best advice I can give you is WEAR SUN CREAM. I know people look at me funny but sun cream is a skin protection for ALL WEATHER. Especially in cold breezy weather. By wearing sun cream it saves your skin getting dry and sore and prevents chapped lips too. Your welcome x
