Our new added 10 days Dance Intensive and Yoga Retreat Reservation: https://www.bookyogaretreats.com/hotel-villa-ubud/10-days-dance-intensive-and-yoga-retreat-in-bali-indonesia Program Day 1 On day one, there will be a welcome drink and you will enjoy relaxation for the rest of the day. Day 2 On day two, there will be a purification ceremony and a massage session. There will also be a yoga dance class for you to participate. Day 3 On day three, you will practice yoga followed by breakfast. Then, there will be more yoga practice and dance session. Day 4 On day four, you will practice yoga followed by breakfast. Then, there will be more yoga practice and dance session. Day 5 On day five, you will have your breakfast followed by a massage session. After the massage session, you will have free time for introspection. Day 6 On day six, there will be an early yoga practice before breakfast. You will then have a satsang session after breakfast. Day 7 On day seven, you will practice yoga followed by breakfast. Then, there will be more yoga practice and dance session. Day 8 On day six, there will be an early yoga practice before breakfast. You will then have another yoga session and dance satsang session after breakfast. Day 9 On day nine, you will practice yoga followed by breakfast. There will be a closing ceremony. Day 10 You will have your breakfast and there will be time for relaxation.
