With my extensive negotiation experience I always aim to get my clients the best possible price for their home in the least amount of time or purchase a new home at a fair price.
I have built a business from the ground up through diligence, attention to detail and a dedication to providing my clients with service excellence. Each client has a unique set of needs. My success comes from paying attention to those needs and applying the appropriate marketing strategy to ensure that they are met. My proven track record of professionalism enables me to deal with all personnel necessary to make my clients’ real estate transactions as seamless as possible and translates into long-term relationships and trust.
My extensive knowledge of the physical aspects of all types of properties and condominium lifestyle expertise enables me to effectively represent clients in selling or buying their units. Because I can answer potential purchasers’ questions immediately or in a timely manner, I take full advantage of their interest and enthusiasm.
My extensive structural and condominium law experience makes me a great choice to represent clients purchasing condominium units. I can advise on physical deficiencies, developer and/or corporation performance history including financial health by reviewing in detail the documents available. Of course this same expertise transfers easily to non condominium properties.
Because I have lived and worked in many areas of the GTA I am well qualified to advise my clients on the pros and cons (e.g., shopping, schools and transportation) of a myriad of neighbourhoods. Whether buying or selling a property my clients can feel comfortable knowing that they are in the hands of someone with their best interests at heart and the ability to negotiate the best possible result for them. My clients’ needs are my priority.
