HELP! We need an Assistant! Studio West Salon – A Paul Mitchell Focus Salon is seeking out a friendly, organized, creative and motivated individual. If you are good at following directions, multi-tasking, and always up for a challenge, you could be the right assistant for us! No prior experience necessary, we want someone who is eager to learn and ready to grow with us as a team and individually. Responsibilities include; booking appointments, handling payment, shampooing clients, and applying treatments and toners, replenishing stock, organizing, cleaning and serving refreshments. We are looking for a part-time assistant to cover mostly evenings and weekends but extended to week days during our busiest summer months of July and August. This position would be ideal for a student or someone who is eager to grow in the beauty and hair industry as long-term employment with us could lead to an apprenticeship and stylist position.
