I am a trainer, speaker, writer, and workshop facilitator. My specialty is business & personal coaching for entrepreneurs and the farmers' market sector. I have spent over 20 years as an entrepreneur and community development specialist. I have worked within a wide range of industries and sectors, notably with farmers' markets, organic agriculture, and child/youth/adoption/fostering. I am a certified life coach, and travel to deliver workshops, certification programs, conference presentations, and day-long trainings throughout Nova Scotia and the rest of Canada. I love inspiring other people to live the best life they can! I also have a passion for helping build the farmers' market sector and do frequent contracts for provincial farmers' market associations across the country. As an adoptive and foster parent to special needs children, the final area of my work focuses on being a champion and mentor to other families put together in unique ways, raising special kids.

Getting ready for a work trip to PEI. Only one more overnight trip after this one and then I will be done with my winter travel schedule. Whew! I miss my hubby and kids so much during my busy winter/spring training seasons. I love all the great places and people I get to meet along the way, but my heart is always at home. <3
