One to 1 Fitness is pleased to announce an in-house meal prep tutorial with Lonita Wilton, founder and chef extraordinaire of Balanced Nutrition! Lonita specializes in affordable, fully customized, healthy meal preparation for all nutritional needs as well as coaching individuals on how to prep for themselves – making her our official Meal Prep partner. Sunday March 25th at 2:00 PM, Lonita will be hosting a live, 2 hour demo - walking participants through the ins and outs of meal preparation, how to fit it into daily life and prepare recipes the whole family will love, while adhering to your meal plan. She will be preparing a Chicken Rose, (made with a healthy, low calorie cream sauce) with coconut brown rice and asparagus. Also included in the afternoon is her recipe for Cinnamon Swirl Protein Bites, a power packed snack you take anywhere on the go to fuel your day and keep you on track when you need a treat :) Space is limited to 15 and the cost is $25/per person, so if you want in – please comment below to hold your spot and then proceed to register by paying at One to 1 Fitness, (in person, or with a credit card over the phone at 403.341.4041.) ONE TO 1 FITNESS - CLIENT OF THE MONTH! One of the most rewarding things about what we do here at One to 1 is watching people embrace a complete lifestyle makeover. How much you lift in the gym, or how much your cardio is improving doesn’t mean anything if the rest of your lifestyle doesn’t align with your goals. We see it all the time – we see people come in, commit to the training, work hard for 30 to 60 minutes, but then go home and eat garbage, never drink any water, only get 4 hours of sleep and binge on the weekends, food and alcohol included. Now, there’s nothing wrong with relaxing and having a little fun, and of course, moderation is essential to a healthy, balanced lifestyle, but straying too far from what it takes to achieve results will leave you frustrated and standing still. So here’s a little shout out to our Client of The Month for February, Nattie Kross! You may recognize her as the recipient of our Change A Life Program. Natasha has completely embraced the lifestyle and has made positive changes to every area of her life.
