Always fresh doesn't just apply to food :) I know it's dreamy to think THERE, I have a site, check that off the list. Now I don't have to think about it for a few years. But that's not really the best mindset. Whether you are blogging, updating your portfolio, adding new services, freshening up the imaging, or maybe narrowing your message as your demographic has changed, it's just a good practice. That was a nice segue into this :) Cilantro and Chive had some beauty professional pictures done and they've hit the website!

Keep swimming...even when the inspiration seems lost, it's the only way through to the other side. :)

I put a lot of people off

Oh man do I love this. Paul Jarvis writes great blog posts...this one totally resonates with me. Not the rat part...that absolutely did NOT resonate with me. Yuck.

Currently, I accept payment via cheque or etransfer. Thinking it's time to accept credit card payments. Any advice? As a client of mine (or of anyone) is paying via etransfer or cheque a pain in your ass? Would credit card payment acceptance make your life easier? Feedback welcomed :)

I lied yesterday. I took over this site in 2013, not 2014. And now, in 2017 I was able to redesign it and I'm so happy to provide a site for Red Deer & District Community Foundation that reflects what they offer! I was clueless on what an endowment fund meant, and what they REALLY did. Now I get it. Because Jennifer Blair is the BEST content writer and she did a great job explaining everything on here. Be sure to read some of the Donor Stories and Grant Stories...from RDDCF's support of Walking with Our Sisters to the Smiles Thru Lindsey Foundation, this is where you can read some concrete examples of how they can make some magic happen in our community.

I'm launching 2 sites that I'm super proud of this week! Yes, TWO! One redesign that I've wanted to do since I took over the site in 2014 and one brand new. This never gets old you guys :D
